Project meeting in Bulgaria

21-26 of June, 2021

Day 1. Finally face to face together in Pazardzhik. We had a really exciting first day getting to know each other, the hosting school, town and country.

Day 2. Our second day was dedicated to finding ways to improve our public speaking skills in order to deliver Ted Talks that spread ideas in an informative and engaging way. Our students did an excellent job doing their talks on The importance of creativity and critical thinking in the classroom. The special guest from the Regional Inspectorate of Education, Vessela Todorova - an expert on Natural Sciences and Ecocology, was very impressed with the students' performance.

Day 3. During the third day of the mobility in Pazardzhik project participants had to solve riddles and explore different location in Plovdiv. They also saw a 3D movie about Plovdiv in II century at the Roman theatre, which was a good way to learn about life at that time and also have a change to cool off in the 36° C heat.

Day 4. On the forth day of the meeting in Pazardzhik students actively participated in workshops on Media content analisys and Creative writing. In the afternoon they watched the movie Jojo Rabbit and discussed Nazi propaganda among German youth. They all enjoyed sharing and tasting traditional food from all 5 countries in the BBQ evening.

Day 5. The last day of the mobility was really emotional because we had to say goodbye to one another after the enjoyable five-day adventure. This didn't stop us from organising a debate on the topic "Should Hitler be portrayed as a figure of fun in comedic films?" Students convincingly argued for and against and were so engaged in the debate that they almost missed their taxis
